By using BanglaBiodata you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us.

What the service is

BanglaBiodata is a free online tool for creating, saving, downloading and sharing marriage biodatas. We are not a matchmaker, and we do not guarantee any match.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Biodatas may only be made for adults.

Your responsibilities

• Give truthful information in your biodata.
• If the biodata is about someone else, create, share or publish it with their permission.
• Keep your account secure.

What you must not do

• Create fake biodatas or biodatas in someone else's name.
• Use the service to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• Create a biodata for the marriage of a minor.
• Use it to demand dowry or for any other unlawful purpose.
• Send excessive automated requests or try to disrupt the service.

If these rules are broken, we may disable or delete the biodata or account involved.

Your content

Your biodata details and photos remain yours. You allow us to use them only as far as needed to provide the service — storing, previewing, creating PDFs and images, and sharing in the ways you choose.

Publishing on ZutiMatch

A biodata is published on ZutiMatch only if you separately choose to. You can stop publishing at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Check for yourself

Biodatas are written by users; we do not verify them. Before taking a proposal further, verify the other side's information yourself, and hold first meetings with family present, somewhere safe.

Availability

We try to keep the service available and accurate but can't guarantee it. The service is provided "as is". Keep a downloaded copy of any important biodata.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the service — for example, inaccurate information provided by other users, or a match not working out.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
